WARM GINGER-AID (Liver & Skin Guide)

Ingredients:

Juice of 2 lemons
1-inch piece fresh ginger, minced 1 cup warm water
1 tbsp honey

Instructions:

Juice the lemon and grate the ginger. Combine lemon juice, ginger, and warm water in a glass. Stir well and add honey if desired. Drink warm.
